Prague Music Video is a music video festival that presents the work of promising music video creators of various genres in the most beautiful city in Central Europe with a high interest in tourism and culture, Prague. We focus on innovative approaches to creating music videos. The festival is held once a year.

FilmFreeway has ranked our film festival, the Prague Music Video Awards, among the TOP5 THE MOST POPULAR FILM FESTIVALS in Czech Republic. An international independent jury works at the festival, composed of judges from the England, Czech Republic, Italy and USA.

The moment the atmospheric and sensual music and the visual side are combined with the use of film elements, an artistically valuable music video can be created. Our goal is to create a place where Prague culture will connect with the music industry, where we will present the best music videos. During the Notification Day, we will let you know if you will be nominated for the event itself, which will take place at the Kino Pilotů Praha in May 2024.

The festival has three editions - summer, winter and spring - the best music videos will be invited to a screening in Prague in May 2024.

Previous winners of our festival well-know music video directors such as Moana Mayatrix (Australia), Nicolas Seguel (Switzerland), Sarah Riley (United States), Gabriel Hostetler (United States), Camille Solari (New Zealand), Jaroslav Stuchlík (Czech Republic), Stefan Krenn (Austria), Rikard Westman (Sweden) and others.

Spike Jonze, Gore Verbinski, and many other amazing directors even got their start in music videos. We want to find the next great creator, the next great musician, and the next great music video.
